Nad jeziorem znajduje się nowoczesne Centrum Rekreacji, w ramach którego na turystę czeka zmodernizowana stanica żeglarska z zapleczem sanitarnym, wygodna przystań i plaża, a także nowe pomosty, plac zabaw i boisko do piłki siatkowej. Nie brakuje także miejsc do odpoczynku – do dyspozycji są wygodne wiaty i siedziska, a także palenisko na ognisko. Cały obiekt jest bezpiecznie ogrodzony, a na zmotoryzowanych turystów czeka obszerny parking. W sezonie Ostrowite tętni życiem. Organizowane są tu liczne imprezy rekreacyjne (m.in. turnieje siatkówki plażowej, biegi, regaty) a plaża i stanica wodna cieszy się wielką popularnością wśród mieszkańców i gości. Na miejscu można wypożyczyć sprzęt – kajaki, rowery wodne, deski surfingowe, łódki klasy Optymist i Vourien. 
Jezioro Ostrowite jest regularnie zarybiane (karp, węgorz, lin, szczupak, płoć i leszcz), a zezwolenia na połów można nabyć w Urzędzie Miejskim w Czersku w Wydziale Bezpieczeństwa i Środowiska, tel. 52 395 48 61.

The village is located among woods, at the lake bearing the same name, 8 km from Czersk. On the lake there is a modern Recreation Centre comprising a sailing stand with sanitary facilities, a comfortable boat port and beach, as well as new jetties, playground and a volleyball pitch. There are also places for rest – tourists can use sheds and seats and hearth for fire. During high season Ostrowite is very busy. There are numerous recreation events organised and the beach and port are really popular among both inhabitants and guests. Ostrowite Lake is restocked on regular basis (carp, eal, tench, pike). Anglers may get permits to fish in Town Council in Czersk- Agriculture Department, tel. 52 395 48 61.

Das vom Wald umgebene Dorf liegt am gleichnamigen See, 8 km von Czersk entfernt. An dem See befindet sich ein modernes Rekreationszentrum. Auf die Touristen warten modernisiertes Bootshaus mit Sanitäranlagen, bequemer Anlegeplatz, Strand, neue Brücken, Kinderplatz und Volleyballplatz. Es gibt auch Plätze, wo man sich gut erholen kann: bequeme Überdachungen und Sitzplütze. Sie haben auch eine Feuerstelle zur Verfügung. Das ganze Objekt ist bezaunt, und auf die motorisierten Touristen wartet ein großer Parkplatz. In der Saison pulsiert in Ostrowite das Leben. Es werden hier zahlreiche Rekreationsveranstaltungen organisiert. Der Strand und das Bootshaus erfreuen sich unter den Einwohnern und Gästen einer großen Popularität. Der See Ostrowite wird regelmäßig mit Jungfischen ausgesetzt (Karpfen, Aale, Schleie, Plötze, Hechte und Brasse).
